Kindly be aware that some of our items are crafted from recycled materials. As a result, these products might exhibit characteristics of their previous life, including but not limited to, tears, holes, stains, scratches, and fading, or other minor imperfections. Moreover, due to the unique nature of the materials used, there may be subtle differences in color, design, size, and texture among individual pieces. Such variations and imperfections are not viewed as flaws but embraced as intrinsic attributes that contribute to the unique charm and character of each item.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, please be aware that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. We encourage you to review your selections thoroughly to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
We highly encourage you to promptly inspect the goods upon delivery to confirm they meet your expectations. Please ensure the items are of acceptable quality and align with the descriptions provided. Your satisfaction with the quality and accuracy of your purchase is of utmost importance to us.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact info@puebco.au and submit your request within five (5) days of receiving your items. Items eligible for return must be in their unused, original condition, accompanied by the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your adherence to these conditions is essential for processing your return smoothly.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully before making your purchase.
At our discretion, we may offer a store credit or exchange for change of mind items returned within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item:
- is faulty or defective
- is not fit for its intended purpose
- does not match the description or sample shown
If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at info@puebco.au within five (5) days of receiving your items, including:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photographs of the product
We will assess the issue and advise on the next steps, including return instructions if required.
Once the fault is confirmed, we will provide a refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If an item is returned and found not to be faulty, it will be sent back to you, and return shipping costs may apply.
