We highly encourage you to promptly inspect the goods upon delivery to confirm they meet your expectations. Please ensure the items are of acceptable quality and align with the descriptions provided. Your satisfaction with the quality and accuracy of your purchase is of utmost importance to us.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact info@puebco.au and submit your request within five (5) days of receiving your items. Items eligible for return must be in their unused, original condition, accompanied by the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Change of Mind
If you opt to return an item due to a change of mind, please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. A refund or exchange for the returned items can only be processed once we receive them in their original condition and packaging. We strongly encourage you to package the items securely, ideally in the same manner as they were packaged when initially sent to you. Should any items be damaged during the return process, it will be the customer's responsibility to pursue insurance and claims for the cost of such damages.
